Protein Tablet

Just FYI.... 4 tablets =1 gram of protein.... 1 scoop unjury=20grams protein.... Body needs 80-120 grams of protein a day after RNY because only about half is actually absorbed. So to get 20 grams even from just the tabs.... requires 80 tabs, per day

Bobbie, Just wanted to tell you, I use Profect from Protica and I just found a great protein pudding the has 20 grams of protein and only 100 calories called Snack and Slim and it is made by Freedom Foods. Both are a little costly, but I just remind myself I would be spending this money on junk food and eating out, which I don't do very often any more, my husband says that I am now a cheap date, because I usually eat from his plate instead of ordering a meal. But I digress. I am worth the cost of both of these products and believe me, my husband and children have never gone and drank my protein drink and I bet that if they tried my pudding, they wouldn't like it either. I mix a teaspoon of lite cool whip in the pudding and I would probably eat it even if I didn't need the protein. Debbie
