Malnutrition

Did any of you have trouble not eating enough in your first month? I guess I am so afraid of overeating that I am undereating. Any suggestions? Tiffany

Tiffany I have read and talked to a lot of people and they say you can not mess up in the first 3 months. Dont starve yourself. Has the doc said you arent eating enough? I ate until i was full which was not very much food. Eat slow and dont drink with meal. Make sure you drink alot of fluid through the day. You will be fine Denise 250/210/150
