Hope this day finds each and every one of you happy and healthy. Its beautiful here outside in north Louisiana. I go to the doc tomorrow for my 12 week check up. I am so ready. I got an exercise machine the other day for the house. Its really hard to do too. Hi Denise, It sure is beautiful out today. I have all my doors and windows open. It feels like a nice spring day. I am so ok with that. I hate winter and cold weather. That is great that you got an exercise machine. I am so ready to go back to Curves. I am hoping to go back after my next appt on the 23rd. I try to walk but I hate doing it by myself. Denise, It is a beatiful day here in south east la. you buying your workout equipment is a great thing. I have started going back to the club too. I hate going to hte gym by myself but I am doing it so I can lose weight and keep it off. So far so good. I don't go back tot he dr til Feb 14th for my 6 month check up. I am trying to get to the 150's by then. I have about 10-15 pounds to go and I have slowed down in my weight loss. Which I knew would happen the closer I got to six months.
