I agree with tooter, but in the mean time try disolving a tum for your tummy in your mouth at bed time. I keep a bottle of them in the head of my bed for that purpose. Thelma

I didn't know if I could take antacids or not but I finally got up and took a Rolaid last night. I sat up on the computer for awhile and ate a couple of crackers. It finally subsided enough for me to go back to bed. I'm gonna talk to Dr. Kreitz when I go back in a couple of weeks. I really think it is acid reflux. It feels just like it anyhow! How are you doing, Ms. Thelma? Do you still like your surgery and how is the weight loss? I pray that you had a great holiday season. Happy New Year! Peggy B.

Hi Peggy, Glad you are home. Great job on the weight loss, Im doing fine other than I got real sick at work, ate some tuna from subway(no bread) and thought i was on my death bed, had to leave work. now I've been battling a cold , sore throat, for about week. Hoping to get on the treadmill today., also going to look for a mild work out video at walmart. keep up the good work !!! rhonda
