Happy New Years
With the new year upon us I have no choice but to look back at all the events ,in 2005, which changed people lives and how many of those people have to start from scratch. Hurricane Katrina was a devastating catastrophe which has permanently changed to lives of many of the people from New Orleans and I just want to say stay strong and things will get better; you guys are in my prayers everyday. Even though I live in Baton Rouge, both Hurricanes Katrina and Rita interrupted my workout plans, cost me money, and cause my family alot of grief. Therefore, I'm sending out special prayers to all the people who were affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Good Luck and I know 2006 will be a much better year for all the survivors . Be blessed!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Fred, I know that many have been praying for those of us that are in the area that wa**** Be assured that New Orleans and area have been down, but we will not be out. There is that saying, "The south will rise again." Keep praying for all of us and while you are at it, lets pray for those in Texas, Oklahoma, California and Colorado. Wild fires, flooding and blizzards, we ain't the only ones feeling a little abused or even alot abused by Mother Nature. I am praying for all of them, like they have been praying for us. I am sorry that there isn't any way that I can reach out to them like everyone has embraced us, but they are in my prayers. Happy New Year. There will be plenty of firsts for the New Orleans area in the coming months. Just know that we are coming back and will not be held down by the naysayers who say that it isn't going to be possible. Anything is possible if you believe. Debbie
