4 MONTHS OUT AND WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all, I made 4 months post out on Friday. Well I am down 60 pounds that are done forever!!!!!!! I have gone from a size 22 pants to a 14-16, a 2xl shirt to a large, and my bra size has gone form a 44h to a38 ddd. Having WLS was the best thing I could have ever given myself. I would do it all again in a haertbeat. I love it when people I have not seen a while say how good I look and ask me how I lost the weight. I just smlie and say I had WLS in Aug. They say will it works for you. I feel this has been the best year ever. My outlook on life has changed so much. I am finding the old me that was inside and she is coming out little by little. Well I better get ready for bed gotta get up early in the am. Take care, Chrissy

good job Chrissy! I'm happy for you. Hopefully I will be behind you soon. I've lost 38lbs 4 weeks post op. It's wonderful to wake up and not focus on how to stay on a diet. I went outside to play with my dogs today and had the most fun. I played without getting short winded. I know you feel like a million bucks!!! God Bless for this surgery! Rhonda 293/255/125

Rhonda, Thank you... you are close to how I was at 5 1/2 weeks I ahd lost 33.5 pounds. when I went in for my 3month visit i was down 50 pounds. I do feel like I million bucks. Being able to do things like run and play with the dog or bowling three games in my case and not get tired is wonderful and I can get speed behind the ball now too. I think God has blessed both of us so far... Of course having the best doctor helps too... Take Care, Chrissy 226/168/125
