first seminar tomorrow night

Hi all....well tomorrow night is a big night for me. I will be attending my first seminar to find out which surgery is right for me. I'm looking forward to this. I'm thinking about lap band surgery and I understand that Texas Medicaid does pay for it. I have always hoped to have a duodenal switch/biliopancreatic diversion done but there are no surgeons in this area that do it and without a car I am very limited in where I can go. Only thing I don't want to happen is to go through with lap band surgery only to find I need something more permanent. Cowgirl Sue
