Dee - readmitted to hospital

Dee has been admitted to the hospital today at Our Lady of the Lake room 680. She is having abdominal pain of unknown origin. The doctors have ruled out obstruction (that's good) but they are still searching for a cause. She was seen for it yesterday and the obstruction was ruled out, but then today she saw her surgeon, and he admitted her. She's doing ok now with pain meds and told me it was ok to share the telephone number with everyone for her room 225-765-1680

I'M ON MY WAY TO SEE HER IN A FEW MINS,, I'LL COME ON LATER AND UPDATE EVERYONE,, I WAS SUSPOSED TO GO EARLY THIS MORNING BUT YALL KNOW ME AND MORNINGS!!!! Kat, thanks for the post I got home thins morning right at 11 and right now I am feeling better than I was yesterday Yeap, I wa****ting that darn morphine pump and it sure did not help but for more than an hour too an hour and a half. I found out why today. The IV was not all the way into my vein. Everything that was going through the tubes was going under my skin and less through the vein. Now I have a very swollen, red and painful left arm due to the fact. They have me taking 2 tsps. of Carafate four times a day. Protonix 40 mg twice a day and Lortab 7.5/500 for the pain. I'll just be glad when my left arm gets back to normal But, I am a fighter and I will bounce back from this Thanks again for all your prayers, Dee
