The OH even in HOUSTON TE...

The OH even in HOUSTON TEXAS was a blast,so much great info and positive people I am so happy I went! I have a HUGE NSV I went Dancing saterday night ,after the confernece thingy everyone went out to a club,I Danced,might not of looked to great doing it ,but I don't care.Back when I was thin that was one of my favorite things to do was go danceing.When I first put on wieght where it effected my movement,and balance I stoped going,also didnt want to look like a fat fool well that was 11 years ago,I know the exact time,cause my best friend was pregnant with my God daughter who is turning 11 in 2 weeks. I for hours,it is amazing how much a person can do after loseing 101 pounds...yes,I count my loss as 101 total,40 since surgury date... SueElla 398/337before surgury/296 today

HEY SUELLA I HAD A AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE TIME MYSELF,,, I USED TO DANCE ALL THE TIME ,, AND I ALWAYS FEEL PEOPLE ARE STARING AT ME NOW WHEN I DANCE AND MAKING FUN OF ME,, WHILE WITH YALL ,, YALL TAUGHT ME SOO MANY WONDERFUL THINGS , INCLUDING ,, NOT TO GIVE A SH#$ AND TO HAVE FUN!!! AND I DID!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO HAPPY IN MY LIFE THEN WHEN I WAS WITH YALL,, YALL MADE ME FEEL SOO COMFY AND I DIDNT FOR ONE SECOND THINK ABOUT HAVING TO SUCK IN, OR WATCH HOW I WAS SITTING!!! THANKS SOOOO MUCH FOR ALLOWING ME TO FINALLY HAVE A BREAK FROM MY MIND OF MADNESS!!!

Hey girl! I had so much fun,OH MY GOD! we have to have another get together very very soon,im gonna start working on the wellness retreat thing,ive been dealing with the flu,went to doctor yesterday,on a bunch of liquids meds,and vitamines,couldnt exactly do the bed rest though cause had to clean and cook cause of turky day tommarrow .I am enjoying it though ,still feeling the feel good effects of the fun we all had,cant wait for more! SueElla, I had a blast meeting you. You are truly a beautiful person inside and out. I am so glad you had a great time and had the confidence in yourself. I am still smiling from our awesome weekend. I agree with Ashleigh!!!
