Lean Gourmet by Michelina's
Has anyone tried these? I love them I get them at Wal-mart they are low fat and high in protein. The servings are small so you don't waste much if you don't eat it all. Sometimes if I can't eat all I save it and fini**** for dinner. Today I had Roasted Turkey with Vegetables the veggies weren't that great but the turkey was yummy and it was moist so easy to go down. Now I normally don't like lean stuff but these are good just make sure you add some salt and pepper because they don't have any on them. And they are quite inexpensive they are only 98 cents a piece. They make all different kinds, Lasagna, turkey, chicken Alfredo, chicken and rice, sirloin, meatloaf, and others too these are the only ones I've tried and so far have liked all of them. The lasagna doesn't have meat in it and has a lot of noodle so it's not one of the better ones but the others are very good.
Here are the nutrition facts from the one I had today:
Calories 120
Total fat 2g
Cholesterol 15mg
Sodium 580me
Total Carbs 14g
Dietary Fiber 3g
Sugars 3g
Protein 13g
Vit A 6%
Vit C 50%

These facts might vary from one to the next but they are all reasonable. Let me know what you think if you have tried them or will try them.
JC I'm doing fine. Went to the doctor yesterday and he was impressed with my fat loss. He did a body comp and 90% of the weight I have lost has been fat and only 10% muscle he said that was a five to one ratio and that was almost unbelievably good. So I guess I'm doing real well. I've lost forty pounds since surgery and it hasn't been quite two months yet for a total of seventy so he is excited about that too. Can't wait for you to join me on this journey.
