I know I have been M.I.A.( missing in action) for a few months and my regiment has also suffered. I found several new exercise spots but all of them fail to match up to the canter of my original workout site. My work out site is being renovated and it should be opened in about two months. I have been holding my breath. I have fallen off the wagon, got back on and fell off again. I have suffered highs and lows. This morning I walked in a new spot and it was fabulous. I think this spot may just take the place of my old work out site. It offered me everything I wanted; peace, quietness, and a peace of mind. I am now currently 20 months post opt and if I had to do the surgery again I would do it in a heart beat. Although I have went through alot of medical problems I still remain steadfast and put my trust in god. I realize it time to get back to the essence. In order for this surgery to work you have to incorporate all the parts;God ,diet, nutrition, protein, vitamins, water, and exercise. Thanks everyone for listening. Freddy

Good Morning Freddy, I can completely understand what you are talking about falling off and on the wagon. Been there, done that and still happening from time too time. I wish I had someone near me to participate with me and exercising. I simply just do not do it. I'll be thinking of you and will keep you in my prayers. Best Wishes!!! Group Hugs, Dee
