OHLA December Meeting Info

Today's meeting went well, considering the short notice and "post KatRita" timing... Our next OHLA meeting will be as planned, 1st Saturday of each month. December 3, 2005 will be the scheduled meeting date, the location be announced as we get closer to the date. Can't wait to see who will be there. I plan to have our protein tasting then... at this time I have 4 brands/types of protein products to sample. If you want to bring your favorite brand for others to try, please email me. Kat
