good morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wake up louisiana

hello everyone, hope everyone is doing well. now that im on a liquid diet, i wake up early, trying to get my teenager out of bed........ (that is almost as hard as a liquid diet) well i have a 13 days to surgery. I talked to a guy that had it done 2 years ago, (gioes to my church) he has lost 175lbs.. how about that. he is a chef, and he doesnt miss gorging on food. he can eat just about anything,just not alot of it. well, today will be my 3rd day on mostly protein drinks. I think i can have 5 oz of meat today, 2 cups veggies. well, today i will be buzy, then off to work for 3 days bee good, God Bless !!!!

Good luck with the liquids. It gets easier especially since you know it has to be done for surgery. Take care Tina

hi Tina, Thanx for the support. Im not sure if Gemma is in the hospital,, because the day after i updated on her, i went in the hospital myself, and now recover from heart cath. I didn't realize how those wear you out. She told me they were going to possibly put her in rehab( regain strength) , Im sure she is most likely home now. I have her# in my purse somewhere. Glad you are doing great...!!!!! are you going sunday to the meeting?

I thought the meeting was Saturday. If it is I can't make it, but if it's Sunday I can.

Sunday is the right day and no I can't make it I had my days confused my son has a bday party to go to sunday from 2 til 5. I'm gonna try to get out of there early and make it but not sure if I can. Hopefully I can I would love to meet everyone. I wish she would have done it saturday then I could have made it.
