I got my date Nov 9th

I am sooooo excited for you! I know you've been waiting as long as I have to say "I've got a date!" I was excited to learn this morning that my surgery was moved up from October 31st to October 25th. That's only one week away. I went for my last office visit with Dr. Kreitz this morning. Wednesday I go do all my pre-op admissions work and testing. Then it'll just be pacing the floors 'til Tuesday a.m. arrives. I told Dr. Krietz to make sure and get a good nights sleep Monday night and he grinned and told me emphatically that I'd better do the same thing. Congratulations again friend! Peggy B.

On the 25th i will be spending a whole day in Lafayette for a preoperative class in the morning some preoperative lab work and registration stuff in the afternoon and then the required support group at 5:30. I will call and check on you on the 26th. Good luck. Hope it goes very smoothly. Thelma

Thanks Ms. Thelma! Went and completed all my hospital paperwork and testing this morning. Paid my deductible & 10%. Tried to talk them into letting me wait but it was a definite "you must pay today." Oh well, one less bill to think about later on eh? Can't complain. My out of pocket compared to the total cost of this surgery is very minimal. Will look forward to the day we can finally meet!
