Water, weight and waiting
I'm continuing my blog series on getting back to basics and back on track. The hurricane weight is starting to budge. woohoo.
Here's the blog start:
Victory: Water, weight and waiting
I admitted defeat a few days ago without even realizing it. I said I could never follow all the water rules without a 12-step program. After one of my surgeries this year, swallowing and swelling were dual conflicts for me. I started regular "sipping" with meals to keep food from getting stuck and later it turned into fairly heavy drinking with meals; especially when eating out.
I detail the rest on the blog. See: francesspencer.blogspot.com or click on the "www" button below this post.
Onward!
Frances
Let's just say, I am praying that Wilma disolves into nothingness. They keep saying that it will make that turn as soon as it gets into the gulf but having been hit directly on once makes a person a little hesitant the next time. Told Dr. Krietz if Wilma decides to come and interrupt my surgery again, I'm gonna' walk on water to meet her and show her my wrath!
Lake Charles is slowly coming back together. There is still alot to do around here but at least the stores are beginning to open, my mail is being delivered and my trash was picked up for the first time Tuesday.
I can't wait for Tuesday to get here. I'm ready to be a big loser!
How is life for you after Rita? Back to normal???
