Trying to get back to losing
I wrote about my efforts to get back to my losing ways. I need a fill, but probably can't get one for a couple of weeks because my car is broken and my doctor is out of town next week. So I'm trying to concentrate on the rules, listening to my band and isolate all the bad habits picked up during LaKarita (aka Hurricane Hell).
I'm focusing on breakfast. This morning, I added about 11 more grams to my yogurt-oatmeal crunch to put a bowl of it near 35 grams of protein. I've included a picture and directions in my blog.
If anyone has time to look at what I'm doing and add some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
