A restart for Frances

Hello my Bayou Buddies! I finally took the brave step to the scale. I've not weighed since before Katrina and I had a house full during Rita and food and feeding was the agenda from sun up to sun down. I've gained some weight (8-10 pounds) and I'm ready to shake off the stress, apply some grace and jumpstart myself into action. MY DEAREST FRANCES, YOU MY LOVE HAVE BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS, AS WELL AS ALOT OF PEOPLE DOWN SOUTH. I ADMIRE ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR COURAGE, STRENGTH AND OPEN HEARTEDNESS. I AM GLAD TO SEE THAT YOU ARE BACK ON THE BOARD A LITTLE MORE, I SURE HAVE MISSED YOUR POSTS. IT IS ALWAYS SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR TO READ YOUR WRITTINGS, AS YOU ARE SERIOUS BUT YET HAVE THAT LITTLE TOUCH OF HUMOR AMONGST IT. WE ARE DOING WELL UP HERE STILL WAITING ON MEDICAID CARD OR APPROVAL FROM INSURANCE, WHICHEVER GETS HERE FIRST.
