ONE MONTH POST OP VISIT UPDATE

Hello everyone, I finally was able to go to Dr Lavin on thursday. I weighed in at 193 I waa in major shock here I had no idea I was that low into the 190's. So I have lost a total of 33 pounds in 5 1/2 weeks. They told me I was doing good and to keep up the good work. They told me to make sure I was working out and eating good. I go back on the 17th of Nov for my 3 month visit. I have talked to Kelli Jo and she is doing fine. She told me she knew she was losing but had not weighed lately. She told me she should be home in a few weeks. Well I wanted to let everyone know I was doing ok and that I am still here. My computer at home is not up and running yet so I get on when I can.
