Insurance Approved WLS!!!

I was approved for surgery and can't wait until Friday when I get my actual surgery date! WWWWWWAAAAAAHHHHHOOOOO! I feel like I've got one foot through the door and soon my other foot will follow to the land of a healthier, thinner me! I also passed my pulmonology test today. Thought my lungs were going to break when I had to breath into that tube forever but managed to complete the testing. Only have labwork left to do before surgery. Dr. Kreitz's office will schedule that for me Friday, also. To those of you just beginning your journey, keep on keepin' on. Insurance paperwork seems to be long and tedious at times but it'll all get done and you'll soon be able to tell the world that you've been approved! Peggy B.

Dear Peggy, Happy for you. I have to go see Dr. Stevens again on Tuesday to go over something about surgery, attend the support group meeting and see the Psych doc on thursday. Then i hope to have some news. Thelma

Keep me posted Ms. Thelma! Are y'all staying here this weekend or movin' on out for a couple of days? I guess we'll be staying here. Will just move the lawn furniture into the shop and anything else that might go flying across the yard in tropical storm strength winds. Wish Rita would dwindle out at sea but guess she has other plans eh? Peggy B.
