protein drink question

Hi, I've got a surgery date for sept 27. I am gathering some of the list of drinks etc that the doc gave me. I have a question on the protein drinks. I was overwhelmed by the choices and didn't know which kind to get. I have gotten a lot of information from this message board already. Thanks a bunch. Gerry

Gerry, I like lots of different types. But Unjury is my favorite. It is a little bit higher priced than some but it is good. Tina

The only place you can get it I think is at www.unjury.com. You can order samples to try it first. I don't care for the strawberry but the chocolate and the vanilla is great. HTH. Tina

Actually you can buy unjury in Lake Charles there is a shop on W. Sale Road before you get to Woman & childrens hospital. It is on the left. I don't remember the name, I will have to drive by and read it if you are interested......... but the price is higher there for it than online.

HI Gerry, I have tried alot of protein drinks and dont like many of them... I have finally settled on one.. I drink Slim Fast low carb diet. It has 20g of protein for 11 oz. I get them at walmart. They have choc., vanilla, and strawberry.. They dont taste bad. I drink them real cold. Another mainstay for me is The sunrise orange crystal light... at first the crystal lights were too strong for me.. but they are not too bad now.. Good luck finding drinks that you like...
