Pearl River - Was It Hit Hard???

Hi There: Can anyone tell me if Pearl River wa**** hard. We have friends there we can't get a hold of and have not heard from them yet. Any help on the condition of the town would be great. Thanks! Michelle

There was someone posting on the Main Message Board that had a sister missing in Pearl River. It was several days before she finally got that wonderful call from her loved ones. There is no phones, electricity, etc. in that area from what I could tell from her posts. It might just be that they can't call out! Why don't you post this on the Main Message Board. Wish I could remember her name. I had it written down on a piece of paper but after she received her phone call, I tossed it. My mother keeps everything! Why can't I be more like her?????
