Need Help finding family member

I have a cousin name Shirley Esphete she just got married to Norris and they live in Houma. LA She did live in Lake Charles she used to own a couple of resturants she is 68 and is a dietbetic . Noris has a bad heart. We are so worried she last spoke to the family Sun and said she could not leave to much traffic and could never get out in time. Please someone tell us how bad was that area hit. we are so worried, we are all exhausted watching the news here trying to hear something and then I thought about this sight you are my only hope right now. Lake Charles was not as hard hit. Probably just some good strong winds and some good rain... but even Baton Rouge (closer east to storm center) only really had issues with wind and power lines/trees. I believe your cousin is fine It is possible the power losses and telephone losses are preventing her from contacting you... but I believe the damage to that area was minimal, considering the severity of the storm.
