Hi to all my Louisiana friends.....

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am now in Texas. Sadly my husband and I seperated a couple of months ago as he needs to get a few things straightened out in his life. So I moved back here to Texas and am living and renting in the same building that his mother lives in. She was highly upset to know that her son had been being a lazy bum and refusing to work and talked the landlord here into letting me rent from him and also be manager of the building here. Normally the managerial job is real easy as this is a small building, but the first six weeks here were spent getting one of the tenants evicted because she was allowing a drug dealer, thief, and all around crumbum live with her. All of the rest of the tenants here are 50+ years old and my mil knew I was not willing to put up with the garbage the way the former manager was. So now we have the wretch and her drug dealer boyfriend gone and we are all happy and its peaceful here now. I'm glad to be back in Texas because the only friends I had in LA were the LA members of this board!!! So I'm happy to be back here in Texas where the heart of Texas is as big as the sky and I'm sending my love and prayers to all of the folks in LA because I know that even if you didn't get hit by Katrina, all y'all are being affected in some way!! My hugs to everyone!!!!
