KAT HUN, I KNOW YOU ARE DEVASTATED WITH THIS HORRIBLE STORM THAT HAS PUT SO MUCH ON YOU, MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, AND EMOTIONALLY. I AM PACKING UP SOME CLOTHING OF MINE THAT I CAN DO WITHOUT AND THAT YOU CAN USE. IT ISN'T ALOT, BUT IT IS SOMETHING. DO YOUR CHILDREN HAVE ENOUGH CLOTHING? HUSBAND? ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HELP OUT WITH SENDING A CARE PACKAGE TO KAT... PLEASE BY ALL MEANS DO... SHE WOULD GIVE US THE SHIRT OFF HER BACK IF WE NEEDED IT, THAT IS THE KIND OF PERSON SHE IS. Lori, I just found your post... I've been glued to the TV for the last few days and didn't get a lot of time for computer use (10 adults and 3 kids here, with only 2 computers)... That is so sweet of you!! I am slowly but surely doing better I managed to get a temp job at a local ER today, so I am making progress... One foot in front the other... eventually it will lead me to my home... The kids and hubby have clothing At the moment, honestly we are doing well... The only thing difficult is that the local grocers are running out of non-perishable goods to buy... I can't help but think of the little things... the shipments of protein I ordered for my OHLA meetings... packages due to arrive to my New Orleans address... the appointment I am not going to make tommorrow (the docs won't be making it either, but still)... One more delay in my surgery... ugh.. ok, better stop... hard not to just break out in tears thinking on that one... Thank you so much for all the encouragement... I can't wait to meet you and Kimmy in person... I know the cell circuits are so overloaded right now... but I would love the chance to call you sometime, if you want to email me your number...
