off and running!!

Got the official letter in the mail yesterday, been in contact with the surgeons office. Sat down yesterday and wrote a killer letter to the insurance company. Faxed it to the surgeons office for any correction or any re-dos. Danelle (from the surgeons office) has been wonderful..She called bright and early yesterday morning and had already put my chart on his desk. Have my head up high and ready to fight!!! I do want to thank everyone that posted or sent me emails. You all are so wonderful. JC
