Update on Chrissy C.

I am soooo happy to say that Chrissy is doing awesome. I saw her on Aug 16th, day of surgery, and she was pretty groggy from all the meds. The only complaint she had at that time was her pouch area hurting. I also got to meet her wonderful and sweet mom, and her caring and supportive husband. And, her dad called about 3 x while I was there, as well as other family members, including her sis n law, who also has WLS. I met Vicky K at the hospital, my other angelette. She came in town to do some pre-op stuff and to visit Chrissy, and meet me. It was so nice to finally meet her in person. I also met her sister, who is very nice. She has posted a recent pic of me on her page, as her angel. So sweet. Back to Chrissy, I saw her the next day, she was up and about w/ no problem. The only complaint was a headache. Since I have talked to her daily, and she is great. Her energy level is good, she is doing well w/ the fluids, and she seems in really good spirits. She thinks she has lost a few pounds, which was pretty obvious even the second day in the hospital. She is still mindful to get her rest though. But I am so happy for my friend and angelette, that she is recovering so well. I hope to see her tomorrow. Thank you all for signing both surgery pages.
