Yesterday I got to meet my angel in person

I am in Louisiana right now. I got here night before last. Yesterday morning my sister and I went to tour the new hospital. The staff was so kind to show me around. It was super. The powder room was about the same size as the room. The view from the windows are immaculate. The OR rooms are huge and very modernized. In the evening I went to the hospital and was supposed to meet Kelli there at 5pm. She called and said she was running late to go ahead and go up to see Chrissy. It was so cute Chrissy was still groggy. SHe thought I was there for commune. I asked if she knew who I was, she said she was not sure I should be there because she just had gastric bypass surgery. I told her I could go but I had to tell her I was Vickie K. What a surprise it was. lol Her mother and hubby were there and they were very kind. Maybe half hour later Kelli shows up. WOW she is looking great. It was a real honor to meet both of them. Kelli is going to come get me this evening and we are going to visit Chrissy again.

Hi Kat Kelli is driving she knows the area lol. I will ask her. It will be 7 or 7:30 when we see Chrissy. You can wish her well for me. I have to leave in the morning back to Florida. I hope I can meet you all soon. I just have to be back for my follow up with my cardiologist. ~hugs~ Vickie

Sorry girl!!! I was running so late, I had promised Rachel to bring her to fill out some job applications, and Mervyns decided to test her. We had to sneak in the hospital thru the emergency room entrance and didn't leave till after ten pm. I so wish I could go with you this weekend. But now I have a Wedding tonight. My week has been sooo hectic. But I know you know all about hectic weeks. I posted to Alicia's page again, and am praying for her.

Awww you are soooo sweet. Other than me looking like a lobster from that sunburn, the pics came out good. It was so good to meet you too. Thanks for being a trooper and coming out so late with me. That day was so hectic, lol. And my week is not over yet. And I gained 2 lbs, . I think my body hates me. Nway, after today, I just want to rest and spend some time w/ my girls. I can tell they are missing me this week. Also, hope you feel better and things go well for you. I am praying for you.
