First seminar tonight

I'm going to Dr. Ordoyne's seminar tonight. I just called this morning and they told me to come tonight. Any questions I should ask. Should I be writing things down? I plan to just listen intently, but what else? I have a psych eval scheduled on September 8 (after new insurance kicks in on September 1st). My doctors are sending all the other studies I've done, sleep apnea, heart, and pulmonary function. Also the last year's blood work and office visits.
