I am getting ready to have the gastric bypass surgery, how long do it take you to reach your weight goal? .How much weight do you lose in the first three months? How soon did you started exercise after surgery? What kind of diet are you on?

I am waiting to get mine done also. I cant anwser these questions but wanted to wish you luck. There is alot of information on these boards and the people are great. I am fairly new to it also but have been welcomed with open arms.
