hello, im looking for a Dr. to have psyc eval, i remember people mentioning one in covington, but i cant recall his name. Can anyone inform me of a Dr. in covington for this? thanx,,,,
I used Dr. David Clark in Covington. He was my 2nd psych. (I didn't get approval from my 1st one). He was great. I highly recommend him. I was approved the very next day with the paper work being faxed over to my surgeon.
