Are there any events happening in North Louisiana

I live in the Shreveport area and would love to do benifits and meet and all but all the events are down south of Louisiana making it hard for me to attend. Is there anything going up this way??? Thanks Denise

If there are only 4 of us right now....then the 4 of us should get together and "grow" it from there. Where and when ladies??? I'm a stay at home Mom, but my youngest is a junior in high school so my time is my own. Susan

Susan I can just about any time also, I am a stay at home mom. Fixing to go on a cruise Sept 3rd for a week and then anytime, afterwards or before that for me. What do you others say? Any suggestions? Denise

Oh...you just said the magic word..CRUISE. My husband and I went on our first one last year. He got it for being one of the top acct mgrs in his company. Seven days in the carribean on the "navigator of the sea" We almost didn't go. A month before we were scheduled to leave, my 20 year old son was killed in a wreck. We really didn't think it was appropriate to go, but our friends and family convinced us. What a blessing that time away in a beautiful setting was. We climbed the waterfall in Jamaica, we swam with the stingrays in Grand Cayman, we rested, we ate fabulous, fancy food and we cried over our beautiful angel, Alex. We are so glad we went. I hope you have a wonderful time and bring home lots of great memories! Susan

Susan, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I dont know what to say, I am at a loss for words which dont happen very often. I am glad you got to go on the cruise, that is awesome. I am so excited about going, should be alot of fun. Have you had your surgery yet?? Denise
