Please update your insurance info.

I was just browsing the insurance info. section and noticed that there aren't many people who share their insurance information. There are very few posts from 2005 in there. A big !!!! PLEASE!!!! do stop by and enter your comments about your insurance carrier for those of us who are starting the submission process and have lots of questions. It would greatly be appreciated.
