RENEW?

Has anyone here used Dr. O'Connell with the Renew program at Methodist Hospital? I'm awaiting approval from my first appeal with Cigna POS. I should hear something in about 2 to 3 wks. Keeping my fingers crossed and praying my lil heart out for approval. I was just curious if anyone used the Renew program and how they liked/disliked it. Hugs, Kimberly

I used Dr. O. Loved him and Renew staff. If you haven't already, you should join the Yahoo! group health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Cignassqueakywheels/ with the http:// before it. Cigna isn't easy to deal with. Good Luck

I was going to use him, but my insurance is giving me fits... on my new insurance plan (hoping to get new job) He won't be approved .... I liked him a lot but just can't use him.

Hi Kimberly, The Renew3 program is wonderful. My sister was with Oconnel and me, my husband, and sister-in-law were with Mando. Dr. Oconnel has a wonderful bed side manner.
