ANyone gone through Neweigh?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had gone through the Neweigh program and still has to fill out papers for Surgeons office and take psych screening for the surgeon allthough you have already been evaluated by a psychologist? Please let me know the experience....I though I was through with all the papers...I already been approved by my insurance and now the Doctors office is asking me for paperwork, after I contacted them about hospital problems............
