HERE WE GO!!!!!

WELL, I WENT FRIDAY FOR MY LAST APPOINTMENT WITH MY PCP. HE WAS TO FORWARD THE MEDICAL RECORDS OVER TO DR MERRIMAN THIS WEEK, SO I SHOULD BE HEARING SOMETHING SOON. I GO TO SEE A ORTHO SPECIALIST TOMORROW FOR MY BROKEN ANKLE. HOPE THIS ISN'T TOO PAINFUL. CAN'T BE AS BAD AS IT FEELS RIGHT NOW. JUST THOUGHT I WOULD DROP IN AND WISH EVERYONE WELL AND HOPE THAT EVERYONE IS DOING GOOD. GOING TO GO LAY DOWN NOW AND TRY TO GET SOME REST. GOD BLESS, LORI

Hi, Lori! I bet you are sooooo excited right now! I feel like a bundle of nerves myself and I haven't even submitted my paperwork yet to the insurance company. Now, rest your ankle...and I hope the pain gets bearable for you. Take care!

thank you everyone for the well wishes, and i hope that god speeds your processes as fast as humanly possible, those who are recovering, about to have surgery, and those who are wanting the surgery. i went to the ortho dr today, and that was a waste of my money. he told me my injury was old. so i have scheduled another ortho on my own, without the referral of my pcp. this dr i went to today was so cold and uncaring, he told me i had a severe sprain, ok fine, if it isn't broken, and it is just sprained what can we do about the pain i feel when 400 pounds of me goes down upon this sprain and shoots pain up into my back, mind you i refuse to take pain pills, as i have 4 small children to take care of while my dh is at work. so he let me walk out of his office on a severe sprain, no spilnt, no cast, not even a ace bandage, and i was in tears all the way out, had to stop 3 times to stop and catch my breath from the pain. so here i go again tomorrow. god bless, lori
