13 almost 14 months post-op

Anyone out there atleast a year post-op? I had surgery April 26th, 2004 and I am down 180lbs. I have 20lbs more to go to reach my goal weight. I have not ever plateaued as of yet. I am just slowing down. I am trying to prevent a plateau at this time. Any suggestions to keep the weight coming off. I am so close to my goal and I want to accompli**** I know I am fortunate to have not ever having a plateau and have lost the amount of weight I have lost. I just want to keep it going. Congrats on your weight loss! I certainly can't help you with anything post op, hopefully I will be there one day. JC
