Well ladies and gentlemen, I am finally part of the 300 pound weightloss club and it feels absolutely fabulous. I am currently fifteen months post opt and my life has changed dramatically. I am able to do many more things with my family and now I am self- independant. To be honest I feel free and now I have control over my life. Although I had some complications, this surgery has changed my life for the better. I currently walk between four and five miles five times a week . I do my own yawn, wash my own car, and do my own shopping. Now I prepare most of the meals for my family and I don't break and sweat. Although I can do six or seven miles, I just do four and five because my doctor reccommented that many due to my joints.I just wanted to add that this site is one on the best things going. When I started to chat will my fellow peers on this site it gave my encouragement and hope, everyone is so willing to be supportive and helpful any opportunity available. I currently weigh 382 but hopefully one day I will become a my of the 400 pound century club. Thanks everyone for your support. That's two crawfish tails up(smile)

The Apostle Paul said at length: "This one thing I do, forgetting what is behind, and looking to that which is is ahead, I press toward the mark of the high calling in Jesus Christ. Frances said shortly: Onward! (smile)
