Had my first consult today

Well I had my first consult today and walked away so excited.

I am still very nervous about the insurance but they told me I had some good documentation from my gastrointerologist dating back 5 years.

I have an appt with my pcp I know he is not big into WLS but I think he will support me. I also have a call into the GI's office I am hoping they will write a letter of medical necessity also. At least I have a copy of the medical records showing the repeated EGD's. I am also scheduled for another EGD and upper GI series on July 7th. Can't say that I have ever been excited about those procedures but I am today.

Just thought I'd share my excitement.

Congradulations!!! I was so nervous also, It took only a half day for me to approved with only 1 month of Dr. Supervised diet, plus time past by fast. Soon you will be a looser!
