Post-Op

Hello to all my fellow losers! I am now officially on the losing side. Surgery date was June 8, 2005. Could not have asked for a better surgery. (3 hour surgery, 4 hour recovery-I wanted to sleep). Dr. Merriman is Great! Had surgery on wednesday and went to a hotel on saturday (Dr. wanted me to stay close by). Saw him again on Monday and came home. I FEEL GREAT! I have had a little bit of hunger the past two days, but not enough to really get under my skin. I am sorry to say that I can not tell you what I weigh now, cause Dr. would not let me weigh and he does not want me to weigh until next thursday in his office. I will update then though. I want to take the time to thank everyone for their prayers and thoughts, I know that prayer does work, cause I am off to a great recovery. Thankyou all soooooooo much! Hugz, Cherice A. Vann

Cherice, I am glad that your surgery went so well! Hooorahhh! Hopefully I will be crossing over to the losing side sometime this year. Keep your fingers crossed for me and when my time is here, say a few prayers for me too.
