Goal of the week

Well, I figure if I post this goal on here that everyone will (hopefully) keep me on track with my goal. This week's goal is to exercise...to actually make it to the gym...to actually park and walk into the gym...to sign in at the gym and climb on a bike. All kidding aside...I went to see my surgeon today and was slapped on the hand for not exercising except for 2 days this past month. It doesn't matter that I have been working alot of overtime in the past month...oh no, just because I belong to a profession that stays on their feet for most of the hours of the day doesn't mean that I don't need extra motion. So, I WILL DO AEROBIC EXERCISE THIS WEEK FOR AT LEAST 3 DAYS, 45 TO 60 MINUTES AT A TIME. Whew, that is a load off of my chest. Now I expect a little help here... See ya & take care all! T--resa

Exercised for 45 minutes on the bike at the gym. Even worked up a sweat and had increased heart rate Now that is what I am talking about! See ya! T--resa

Thanks, Pam for the vote of confidence...boy, do I need it! Plan on going to the gym again tomorrow. Didn't have time to go today...worked from 6:45am to about 7:45pm. My feet are killing me! Took some Motrin and am waiting for it to kick in before I hit the sack. Take care, T--resa
