How can I find a Primary Care physician in the New Orleans area, who will support me in assisting me to do a medically supervised weight loss program. My insurance company will pay for the surgery ONLY if I go through a 6 month medically supervised weight loss program, with a Dr. and dietician. Help!!!! I am looking for a new PCP. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for responding, that was quick. My insurance Company is Blue Cross BlueSheild PPO. I looked into surgery and had a local Bariatric group get the insurance requirements for me, and the supervised weight loss program is required before they will pay for surgery, RNY only, lap-band is considered experimental to them.
