Need help finding friend

Hello, My dad has been looking for an old Army buddy whom he served with over in Germany and his last residence was in New Orleans. His name is Harold "Jive" M. Bealer and I believe he would be around 57 years old. I know this is probably a long shot but he has been looking for him for about 5 years now with no luck, so if anyone knows of this person or knows someone who knows him, please email me directly. It would my dad so happy to be able to talk with him and I thought it would be a great early Father's Day gift. By the way, keep me in your prays that my insurance appoves me soon. Shannon, I may have found him.....I have a brother who is FBI in Texas. I will also see if he may can help me as well. Right now I have found this: There is a Harold Bealer in New Orleans La. He is 57 years old. I can't seem to get the address, but I am going to call directory assist. to see if that may be him. I called and there is no listing for him in New Orleans....so I am going to call my brother in Texas. Also, what is your father's name in case I do find Mr. Bealer. That way I can give him the name of the man looking for him. Also, I found a site that you can find him, but it cost. I am trying something else. I am pretty good at finding people.....so let me see what I can do. There is no listing in Louisiana at all for him. But that doesn't mean he is not still around here some where. It was a great day, we had perfect weather and a wonderful time... can't wait to meet you at the next one As for the info here's what I have: James Curtis Teal born in New Orleans, LA to Jewel Teal (he was the 6th child born to a single mom in 1952). Jewel Teal worked for the shipyards (not sure of the name) while pregnant, as did the adoptive mom. The adoption was a private adoption. He was adopted by Elizabeth and John Rene McNulty of New Orleans, LA in 1952 and renamed John Paul McNulty. Jewel should be between 75-90 yrs old. John Paul McNulty married Karen Marie Scheurer in late 1970. On my father's 18th birthday she called to talk to him on the phone. She asked for him by birthname, and when he came to the phone, she hung up after hearing his voice. That is all I know about her... not even sure of my biological father's birthdate (we don't speak now, he would not approve of my searching).
