KAT - A VERY BIG THANK YOU!

A big thank you to Kat and her hubby for having the May 7th crawfish boil! It was so nice getting acquainted with other OH members in the area. The weather cooperated and the crawfish were delicious. Debbie and George

Awwww Thank you for coming! I'm glad we could have such a great turnout!! Can't wait to do it again The weather was perfect... and it was SO funny to me to see my hubby (who has only EATEN crawfish once) do all the cooking with me just giving directions I'm so glad everyone enjoyed it! I had a blast and my mom suddenly has become very supportive of my pursuing the surgery... I wasn't even going to tell her, since she usually is so negative, but my son let it slip a while ago, and so she "brought it up" in conversation one day recently... so I told her I was looking into it... This morning when I called her for Mother's Day, she said she would take the kids for a week or two after I get surgery so I can take some time off without stress after I get home from hospital Now she's even talking about Lap Band as a possibility for herself (her BMI is 39.5 and her health is declining) .

Kat, We so enjoyed ourselves at the crawish boil on Saturday. Thanks again for having us. I will check out my schedule for late June possibly to see if maybe we could do something at my house. Depends on schedules and a trip I may have to make to Atlanta. Will let everyone know if I can. Rhonda (and family)
