Dr. Lavin's patients

Trying to find out if anyone knows if Dr. Lavin's office will make payment plan for out of pocket that insurance will not pay (other than deductible). Also, will he wait for secondary insurance to pick up your out of pocket?

I guess I thought I had to go for my first visit, but they took my insurance card at the seminar last night. So, I will do that. Thanks.
