first real test :spicy chips
Well my workout is pretty much consistent and my diet is also up to par. Yesterday was an extremely rough day because on of my friends had bought one of my old favorite snacks (spicy chips) into my presence and I nearly broke my regiment( although I popped a few into my mouth), but I relaxed for a few moment and realized if I completely breakdown I was going to blow the entire weekend. I just went to the scale and I have lost another five pounds and I know what one weekend could possibly do to my diet. I turned on some inspirational music and thought about the way I use to live and I went into the zone , hitting the weights, stationary bike, exercising , and because I nibbled on a few chips I decided to miss dinner. When I woke up and put on a pair on blue jeans and they were starting to get too big I realized that I made the right decision.
