PLEASE SUPPORT MISS CAROLYN.....
Miss Carolyn is a lovely 71 year old lady from Forest, MS, who has been attempting to have WLS, but is hearing now that due to medical conditions and age, it may not be a possiblity for her. She is very discouraged and upset. She does not have a computer and will not be able to respond, but I wanted her to know that people from all over the country were praying for her. Please go by her page and give her some love and support. I will print it out and get it to her. Thank you so much! And please remember her in your prayers.
Thanks a bazillion.

Hello Friend
I just wanted to wish your friend the best of luck with her quest and believe in god and some doors will eventually be opened. I was also told because of my size that I would probably not be able to have the surgery, but I continued to be persistant and I found a doctor who was comfortable operating on a person who was my size. I want to express to your friend that if one doctor will not perform the surgery there are many others who will but she just has to be persistant. Because of her failing health she may have to take into consideration the possible health risks but in most cases the risks are well worth it. You can review my profile and you will really see that sometimes persistance pay off. I will keep you and your friend in my prayers!!!!!!!!!
I completely agree... it's funny because just now I read Freddy's profile and discovered... we have the same surgeon...
Dr. O is amazing... I have only met with him one time, but his record (over 3000 RNY procedures and 20 years experience) speaks for itself.
I was referred to him by a nurse who is a member of this site... and she was completely right, he's very intelligent, very educated, and very personable... Definitely everything I wanted in a surgeon.
His info is easily accessible at (www.) surgeryforweightloss.com
Good Luck Miss Carolyn, you've made it this far, don't give up... the best years are still to come!
