Help--regarding what I need to do--to get approved!BC/BS-Federal!

Hi, I have a few questions--I never went to my consultation yet...I go this wednesday? Can someone please help and tell me what I need? Plus I need to know who send the letter of medical necessity, is it my PCP or my surgeons's (Dr. Hargrooder's Office) Thanks, Please help Tama

Any one of your physicians can write the letter of recommendation. My cardiologist wrote mine.

Your Welcome. I have BC/BS of TX - through my employer and it took a while for me to get approved also. But after 3 months, I was approved and had my surgery on March 21st at Southwest Medical Center. They were great. I wish you luck.... I know it gets aggrevating trying to get approved - but it will work out.
