looking for a surgeon that will accept my insurance (medicare & medicaid)

I am looking for a surgeon that will accept my insurance. I am 3+years post-op. My surgeon was Dr. Louis Martin of New Orleans. I have recently decided to have the surgery to remove the extra skin because I was able to exercise a lot off, but what is left is starting to be a problem. Can anyone help? Dr. Martin won't do your excess skin surgery? I know that he does some tummy tucks, but don't know if he does any others or not... He is my surgeon too. I drive from Ruston to New Orleans to see him! Wow, you've lost an incredible amount of weight! That is GREAT!!!

Thank you for the compliment!! It has not been easy. I don't know if Dr. Martin will do the surgery. I was referred to my PCP after the surgery because of other medical problems, so I was unable to complete anything at that point. I do have an appointment to see Dr. Martin in April, but in the meantime I was looking for something positive that I could bring to the appointment.
