Greetings from Baton Rouge, Joy! I can understand your homesick feelings. I lived and worked a couple of years in Texas before being drawn back to Louisiana and I came to Baton Rouge i***** Life is good here. I see real opportunities for growth and progress here. Business is growing and Baton Rouge welcomes its first black mayor-president to office. Southern is returning Pete Richardson for at least three more years and the football team should continue their domination of the SWAC under his legendary leadership. Baton Rouge is getting about 3-4 really competitive weight loss surgery groups and folks looking for help have some good options.
