I bought these great snacks at Sams club.They are called Philly Swirl Like a popcycle.A cross between a italian ice and sobert on a stick.They are great.Don't taste sugerfree.They are on a trial period a sams. Here is the complete nutritional. Thanks a lot, Jeff. I was wondering, does the sugar alcohol give that "special" side effect (runniness) or would one have to eat a bunch before they would give you a tummy ache? Thanks again, Frances

Hi francis i can eat two with no side effects.I heard from a bunch of other wls people who say they love them.One lady says she has problems with sugar alchols.But a ton more say they love them.I hope this helps.Jeff
